  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 cup Water

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth.
